Cancellation Policy

At Srikala Jewellers, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide a simple and transparent process for our customers.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation of their order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not already been processed, packed, or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on our website. Please mention your order number and registered contact details.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed, packed, or shipped.

For personalised, customised, or specially made jewellery, cancellation may not be possible once production or customisation has started.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding eligible returns or refunds.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the cancellation has been approved. The actual time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders may not be eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders that have already been shipped.

  • Personalised or customised jewellery after production has started.

  • Products specially made or modified according to customer requirements.

  • Orders where the cancellation request is received after processing has begun.

  • Reason for cancellation

We will review the request and confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation.
